Saturday afternoon Sofia and I went to a boat cruise in Manhattan.It was organized by the Multicultural club and the Francofone club.We left Nassau at 4 PM.We were very happy because we met new people and we had so much fun.I encourage all of you to be a member in a club next semester because it will help you to sociolize with other students at NCC.

Penni was very interesting yesterday around us.She doesn't afraid of people.I think she is very helpful.Like Florence said she never hurt people and she is a therappy dog.It is very good to have animals around us.They are very intelligent and they are sensitive.I think I really want a dog at my house.

Technology encourage people to be lazy.We have video game which is a bad for children have during school.I have my cousin he doesn't have time to study because he always has a game to finish.I think students should know when they are in school they have to concentrate on their books.On vaccation they can play all day.Their parents should be able to help them understand they have to take seriously their education.

May 1st is a Holiday in my country.This Holiday celebrates agriculture.Haiti is a country where agriculture is very strong for our economy.Usually private and public schools organized some workshop for the students.At church young people go in a mountain to plant new trees and mobilize people to not cut them.May is an interesting month in my country.We have May 18,which is our Flag Day.Every Haitian people like that month.

Every single day I learned somthing from the NCC students.I am working in the Math Center every morning.Today I met a girl there but she has disable problems and she doesn't speak clear.She gave me her student ID and she started talking to me.She explained me how she miss her grandparents because they live in New-Jersey.She explained me the architecture of the house everything inside the house.After 30mns talking she asked me if I want to see their pictures.I said ok she opened her bag and she took a portfolio where she has some drawing pictures.She started to describe me everything what her grandparents doing in that picture what they said to her etc...I was shocked for the pictures because on my mind I am going to see real pictures and it was not.She spent one hour talking to me later she thanks me for my patience to her.I felt happy to listen to her because sometimes people need someone to talk.We have to listen to people when they need us.

Today I met a old man in the street.I used to see him every morning when I passed by.This morning he told me why I never talked to him or laughed at him?He said if I saw him too old to me?I was very shoked because I never paid attention to him.I was laughing with him and said sorry next time I will do it.He said keep laughing to people ok because it is a medicine.I encourage all of you to laughing with people because is good for your health and encorage other people to live.

I can't imagine today is Friday.Time goes really fast.We had a nice week in class.We learned a lot about what green means to us.I think people should love that color but it is not my favorite color.I try to make it mine now.I recomend all of you to protect our Green.Try to use less electricity and hot water.Unplogue your cell phone charger when you don't use it.Turn off the lights at day time.Recycle your clothes platics bottle etc...I think if you start to do them you will see how much energy you will save for a month and you will see how you help the environment.After do this step you will encourage everyone to like "Green."

Relationships between parents and children are really important.I think parents should be able to understand their children any time.Usually children really need their parents in their adolescence ages.Parents should built these relationships since their children are baby.It is really important in a family.Friendships keep a family for long time because any other of friendships can't affect the relationships with his or her family.

Environment is where people ,animals ,and plants live.We should protect our environment because it is like inside our house.We should behavior of all bad things like Global warming ,Air pollution ,the Ozone hole and so many.We have to study the problem and find different way to resolve it.We have to keep our environment clean to deplete the danger.I think with that people can have a better life in the earth.

Animals

This week I learned a lot about animals.I didn't know if animals was benefits for humans in many ways.In my country we don't treat animals well.I don't know why?when I grew up I didn't like pet.My mom likes cat she always has cat at home but me I am not his friend.I never think of him.Sometimes I beat him.Now I realize how animals are good for me.I feel very sorry to treat bad my mom's cat.Last night I talked to my mom my first question was mom how's mimi doing?she was very surprised.
I have a new idea of animals.I think in the future I will have some pets at home.Also I will adopt the Rover program to my kids.
Now I start to love animals.I am ready to learn from them.
Thank you Christina for that wonderful subject.At first I didn't like that chapter but after reading some articles and watched the movie I really like it.
Animals are amazing.Humans should love them and tolerate them.Later we will see the result of beeing their friends.

Why life is so complicate!!!

I received an email from my friend in Haiti.He explained me his girl friend attitude.The girl immigrated to The United States a year ago.Last week he came to see the girl.The girl changed with him.He told me the girl doesn't love him anymore.He explained me how he felt bad.He loves her so much.He told me he will close his heart to not love anymore.
I don't think this is the solution.Sometimes we never have what we want.Sometimes we love someone and he or she doesn't love you.We don't have to say I am not going to love anymore.You can find a better person than him or her and you will be more happy.Most of the time to find what we want in life we have to be patient.

Washington DC

I want to share my idea about Washington DC.I think it is one of the wonderful states to the United States of America.Here there are a lot historic monuments.It is like a old States.People there save their old archtecture.They have the US Capitol the White house alot of museums a wonderful Cathedral.It is a politic area.They have a lot of tourists from every where.People should go there to learn more about the History of America.Washington is cleaner than New-York.The subway is different.I encourage every one to go there.

Our new topic for this week is the relationship between human and animals.On my opinion human has a good relationship with animals.I was very surprised to read cat is the number one on the list.I thought dog was the first because in my area where I live I always see people walking with their dogs.It is not common to see people with their cats.
I know some single women or couple who can't have children adopt a dog.They feel confortable with it.They take care of that dog like a baby.Animals are faithful with human.They feel our pain.Animals are like humans.The difference is they can't walk and talk like human.
People should love animals because they are created by the same God who created human.

Relationships between children and parents should be very close.Some parents don't have time for their children.After school they don't have someone to control their homework ,their friends,what they do after school .That's why we have a lot children with no respect for their parents.At early age they get pregnant and involve in drugs and bad things.
I think parents should take take their responsibilities for their children.
